By signing your Filmmaker Agreement, your participation in the festival will be confirmed and your spot officially secured.

This year the Winter Park Film Festival is proud to have partnered with SimpleDCP to ensure all films can screen with the high test resolution compatible with our screenings.
To do so, you will receive an invite link from simpleDCP. From there you will upload your film to be processed. You must monitor your film from upload to completion to ensure there is nothing flagged from your film that needs to be addressed.

The Winter Park Film Festival is thrilled to offer you the use of our laurels. However, we kindly request that you refrain from posting the laurels or announcing your festival acceptance until August 15th.

General Ticket Purchase:
Will be live at a later date on August 24th.
Cast & Crew:
The Winter Park Film Festival offers up to four complimentary tickets to your film’s screening block for cast and crew members. All ticket requests must be reserved in advance by September 5.
Need a place to stay during the Winter Park Film Festival? Fill out this form if you’d like to request free lodging with a local host during the festival.
Host housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot guarantee housing for every filmmaker. If you prefer to book your own accommodations, we also have discounted lodging codes available for festival filmmakers.
