By signing your Filmmaker Agreement, your participation in the festival will be confirmed and your spot officially secured.

This year the Winter Park Film Festival is proud to have partnered with SimpleDCP to ensure all films can screen with the high test resolution compatible with our screenings.
To do so, you will receive an invite link from simpleDCP. From there you will upload your film to be processed. You must monitor your film from upload to completion to ensure there is nothing flagged from your film that needs to be addressed.

The Winter Park Film Festival is thrilled to offer you the use of our laurels. However, we kindly request that you refrain from posting the laurels or announcing your festival acceptance until August 15th.

Cast & Crew:
The Winter Park Film Festival offers up to five complimentary tickets to your film’s screening block for cast and crew members. All ticket requests must be reserved in advance by September 5.

6:30 PM – Opening Night Party

Kick off the festival with drinks, music, and community at this cozy mountain cabin.
Friday, September 11
8:00 AM – Coffee Meet-and-Greet
📍 Grand County Roastery (formerly Rocky Mountain Roastery)
Start the day with coffee and conversation with filmmakers and attendees.
9:00 AM – 8:30 PM – Film Screenings

A full day of screenings across all categories.
